To see the solutions to our challenges, we need only be awake. My name is Brian Kates and I strive to live consciously by being thoughtful, analytical, constantly learning, and always pushing to be my best self. I have a passion for helping organizations do the same.

From growing up in a family business to working with over 50 organizations on developing strategic plans, I have spent a great deal of time trying to understand how the details and nuances of running an organization align with the long-term vision. I have seen organizations do this well and I have seen organizations struggle. I have been part of the unpleasant decision making process for dealing with the ramifications of not properly executing a strategy or having an ineffective strategy. In my experience, a thoughtful, honest, and humble approach is most successful.
